We know how you love looking gorgeous and feeling great in a beautifully tailored garment. We too believe that every lady deserves the right to be feel comfortable, beautiful and confident in what they wear. So we strive to ensure you get value for money, quality material with impeccable tailoring, from all the beautiful garments from HANA BELLA.

We do our best to ensure the color displayed are true and the sizes and measurements clearly stated. Please ask our team for any questions you might have and InsyaAllah we will assist you best we can. Kindly ensure that you have read all our terms and agreements of purchase before placing an order. Items purchased are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.

 

        1. Cut off Time: 12.00am daily. Any payment received after the cut off time will be processed/delivered next posting date.


        2. Kindly note that the garment will only be posted after full payment received and after following a standard 3 working days processing time. For pre order item, the garment will only be posted after full payment received, after the garment ready in stock and after following a standard 4​ weeks processing time. This processing time is necessary to ensure that your ordering process is efficiently managed and your purchased item is securely packed for delivery. Though we may deliver the item punctually, please note that it might take up to 7 days for your parcel to arrive depending on Pos Laju system. However, we will email the tracking no so you may track its progress at any time.


         3. Items purchased are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Our policy* last for 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you for a exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at orderhanabellalens@gmail.com and send back your item to Hana Bella Fashion, No 28 Jalan Meru Bestari B5, Bandar Meru Raya, 30200, Ipoh Perak Darul Ridzuan.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that RM7.00 will be charged as shipping fees.
To complete your exchanged, we require a receipt or proof of purchased.

We do not entertain customers who wish to exchange items based on colors or prescriptions. Confirmation of prescriptions should be made ealier before purchased.
 
*NO REFUND or RETURN for Hana Bella Lens, we offer only for exchange policy.
